Arizer All-Glass Mini Whip for Extreme Q

The Arizer All-Glass Mini Whip is a 10cm replacement glass connector designed for the Arizer Extreme Q desktop vaporiser, giving you a pure vapour path with zero plastic or silicone in the mix. It doubles as a balloon connector and works with the Arizer frosted glass mouthpiece, making it one of the most versatile small accessories in the Extreme Q ecosystem.

100% Borosilicate Glass 10cm Length Screen Included Fits Extreme Q Balloon Compatible

Why an All-Glass Whip Changes Your Vapour

Glass doesn't absorb flavour, doesn't off-gas at vaping temperatures, and doesn't degrade the way silicone tubing does over months of use. That's the whole pitch in one sentence. The standard Extreme Q whip uses a silicone tube connecting two glass ends — functional, but after a few weeks of daily sessions you'll notice the tubing picks up residue and starts tasting stale no matter how often you clean it. The all-glass mini whip removes that variable entirely.

At 10cm, this isn't a long draw tube — it's a short connector piece. You'll use it primarily to attach balloons to your Extreme Q, or pair it with the Arizer frosted glass mouthpiece for direct draws. The included glass screen sits inside the joint, keeping ground material out of the vapour path without restricting airflow. It's a small piece of kit, but it makes a noticeable difference to taste clarity, especially at lower temperatures where terpene flavour is most pronounced.

One honest limitation: glass is glass. This piece is compact and reasonably sturdy for borosilicate, but it won't survive a drop onto tiles. We'd recommend keeping a spare on hand if you use your Extreme Q daily — snapping a whip connector at 10pm on a Friday is nobody's idea of a good time.

Use Balloon connector / direct draw whip

Complete your Extreme Q setup: pair the All-Glass Mini Whip with the Arizer Balloon Bags for bag-style sessions, or grab the Arizer Frosted Glass Mouthpiece for a direct-draw configuration. If your Extreme Q screens are looking tired, replacement screen packs keep airflow consistent without restricting vapour density.

Why You Need a Spare Glass Whip

We've been selling Arizer desktop vaporisers since they first hit the European market, and the number one support question we get about the Extreme Q is always about replacement parts — specifically whip connectors and screens. The glass components are consumables. They get clogged with resin, they crack during cleaning, or they take an unlucky tumble off the desk. Having a backup means your session isn't interrupted.

The all-glass design also matters if you're particular about flavour. Compared to the standard silicone-tube whip, the mini glass whip delivers noticeably cleaner taste on the first draw. You can feel the difference in weight too — it's lighter than you'd expect, barely 15 grams, but the borosilicate has that satisfying density when you tap it. The glass screen press-fits snugly into the joint; no wobble, no rattling around.

If you're deciding between this and the full-length silicone whip: the silicone version gives you reach (you can sit back on the sofa), while the all-glass mini whip gives you purity and works as your balloon adapter. Most Extreme Q owners end up with both eventually. We'd start with this one if balloon sessions are your thing.

How to Use the Arizer All-Glass Mini Whip

  1. Insert the included glass screen into the female end of the mini whip. It should sit flush — press gently until it clicks into place.
  2. Load your ground material into the Extreme Q cyclone bowl as usual. Arizer recommends a medium grind; too fine and particles pass through even the glass screen.
  3. Attach the mini whip to the heating element of your Extreme Q. The ground-glass joint should create a snug, airtight seal without forcing it.
  4. For balloon use: slide your Arizer balloon bag onto the open end of the mini whip. Set your Extreme Q fan speed and let the bag fill. Detach when full.
  5. For direct draw: attach the Arizer frosted glass mouthpiece to the open end of the mini whip. Inhale slowly and steadily — the short vapour path means the draw is warm, so pace yourself.
  6. After your session, let the glass cool completely before handling. Remove the screen and soak both pieces in isopropyl alcohol (90% or higher) for 15–30 minutes. Rinse with warm water and air dry.

Cleaning Your All-Glass Mini Whip

Glass is the easiest material to clean in any vaporiser setup — that's half the reason to go all-glass in the first place. Soak the whip and screen in 90%+ isopropyl alcohol for 15–30 minutes after every 5–10 sessions. For heavy resin buildup, a longer overnight soak does the job without scrubbing. Rinse thoroughly with warm water afterwards; you don't want alcohol residue in your next session.

A pipe cleaner or cotton bud handles the inside of the tube if resin clings after soaking. Avoid using boiling water directly on cold glass — thermal shock can crack borosilicate. Warm it gradually instead. The glass screen is the part that clogs fastest; hold it up to the light after cleaning to check airflow. If it's visibly blocked even after soaking, replacement screens are cheap and worth swapping in.

Cleaning Method Frequency Time Required
Quick rinse (warm water) After every session 1–2 minutes
Isopropyl alcohol soak (90%+) Every 5–10 sessions 15–30 minutes
Deep soak (overnight) Monthly or heavy use 8–12 hours
Screen replacement When airflow drops noticeably 30 seconds
