How to Use the Double Honeycomb Dab Rig
- Fill with water. Pour water through the mouthpiece until the level sits roughly 1 cm above the lower honeycomb disc. Do a test draw without heating anything — you should see bubbles through both honeycombs without water reaching your lips. Adjust the level if needed.
- Attach the quartz banger. Slide the included 14mm male quartz banger into the female joint on the rig. It should fit snugly without forcing.
- Heat the banger. Use a butane torch to heat the bottom and lower walls of the quartz banger for approximately 25–30 seconds, until it glows faintly. For lower-temperature dabs with better flavour, let it cool for 30–45 seconds after heating before applying your concentrate.
- Apply your concentrate. Using a dab tool, place a small amount of concentrate (roughly the size of a grain of rice for a standard dose) onto the inner wall of the heated banger. Rotate the tool to release all the material.
- Cap and inhale. If you have a carb cap, place it over the banger to restrict airflow and lower the vaporisation temperature. Draw slowly and steadily through the mouthpiece — you'll hear the double honeycomb percolators working as bubbles cascade through both discs.
- Exhale and enjoy. The dual filtration should deliver a smooth, flavourful hit with minimal throat irritation.
