Dani Fusion 2.0 Battery-Free Vaporizer

The Dani Fusion 2.0 is a battery-free portable vaporizer that delivers full-flavoured, combustion-free vapour using nothing more than a torch lighter and a clever bit of engineering. No cables, no charging, no waiting around — just pack the titanium chamber, heat the stainless steel cap, wait for the click, and draw. Available in three stem options (metal, wooden, and mini), each one built around the same thermal design that cools vapour before it hits your lips.

Battery-free Titanium chamber (0.18g) 3 stem options No-spin heating Leather carry pouch included

Which Stem Should You Pick?

Variant Stem Material Best For
Metal Stem Full metal body Durability — chuck it in a bag without worrying about dents or cracks
Wooden Stem Natural wood Warmer feel in the hand, slightly lighter, looks properly handsome
Mini Stem Shorter wooden stem Maximum portability — fits in a coin pocket, genuinely pocketable

All three variants share the same titanium chamber, stainless steel cap, and CCD screen. The difference is purely in stem length, material, and how discreet you want to be. We'd grab the wooden stem for home sessions and the mini for days out — but honestly, they all hit the same.

What's in the Box

Each Dani Fusion 2.0 ships with everything you need to start vaping straight away, minus the lighter and the herb. Here's the full kit:

  • 1x Dani Fusion 2.0 vaporizer (in your chosen stem variant)
  • 1x Stainless steel cap with dual silver heat-distribution rings
  • 1x Titanium chamber with stainless steel CCD screen
  • 1x Stainless steel airflow connector
  • 1x Waxed leather carrying pouch

The leather pouch is a nice touch — it's compact enough to slip into a jacket pocket and keeps the cap from getting scratched. The weight of the metal stem version sits comfortably in the hand, about the heft of a decent pen. The wooden variants are noticeably lighter, which some people prefer for longer sessions.

Build Quality and Materials

The Dani Fusion 2.0 is built from materials chosen specifically for heat management and vapour purity. The chamber is machined from titanium — lightweight, corrosion-resistant, and it doesn't impart any metallic taste to your draws. The cap is stainless steel with two silver rings running around its circumference. Those rings aren't decorative; they distribute heat evenly across the cap surface so you don't need to spin the vaporizer while heating. That's a genuine upgrade from the original Dani and from most other click-style vapes on the market.

The airflow connector is also stainless steel, and the CCD screen sits at the base of the chamber to keep ground material out of the airpath. Pick up the wooden stem version and you'll feel the grain under your fingers — it's a tactile thing that makes the ritual of packing and heating feel a bit more intentional. The metal stem, by contrast, feels industrial and nearly indestructible. We've seen these survive being dropped on concrete without so much as a scratch on the chamber.

Why Go Battery-Free

If you've ever been halfway through a day out and watched your electronic vaporizer die at 12% battery, you already know the frustration. Battery-powered portables are brilliant at home near a USB-C cable. Out in the real world — at a festival, on a hike, sitting in a park — they're only as good as their last charge. The Dani Fusion 2.0 sidesteps that problem entirely. Your fuel source is a standard butane torch lighter, which you can refill in seconds and carry anywhere.

There's also something to be said for simplicity. No screens, no temperature settings, no firmware updates. The click mechanism tells you when the chamber has reached vaping temperature — heat the cap, hear the click, inhale. That's it. Fewer electronics means fewer things that can break, and nothing to become obsolete. We've sold electronic portables for years, and the most common returns are dead batteries and faulty charging ports. With the Dani Fusion 2.0, those failure modes simply don't exist.

The one honest trade-off: you do need to carry a torch lighter, and there's a short learning curve to heating technique. After three or four bowls, most people dial it in. Heat closer to the tip for lighter, more flavourful draws; heat closer to the base for thicker clouds. Once you find your sweet spot, it becomes muscle memory.

How the Cooling System Works

The Dani Fusion 2.0 uses a two-stage passive cooling system that doesn't rely on water or additional accessories. First, the long-tail titanium chamber creates distance between the heated cap and the mouthpiece, giving vapour time to shed heat as it travels through the stem. Second, there's an engineered air gap between the cap and the stem body — ambient air mixes with the vapour path during your draw, bringing the temperature down further before it reaches your mouth.

The result is noticeably smoother than most click-style vapes we've tried. You get the full terpene profile of your herb without the throat burn that comes from pulling superheated air through a short metal tube. The titanium mouthpiece stays comfortable on your lips even after back-to-back bowls — it doesn't conduct heat the way a brass or aluminium tip would.

Complete your setup with a reliable single-flame torch lighter — a focused flame gives you the most control over heating position and speed. If you're looking for a proper grinder to get that fine, even consistency the 0.18g titanium chamber works best with, the SLX Grinder's non-stick ceramic coating keeps things moving smoothly bowl after bowl.

How to Use the Dani Fusion 2.0

  1. Grind your herb finely. The 0.18g titanium chamber works best with a fine, even grind. Don't pack it too tightly — you want air to flow through the material. A light tamp with your finger is enough.
  2. Place the cap on the chamber. Push the stainless steel cap down until it sits snugly. You'll feel it click into position.
  3. Heat the cap with a torch lighter. Hold the flame about 1-2cm from the cap and let it play across the surface. Thanks to the dual silver heat-distribution rings, you don't need to spin the vape — just hold it steady. For more flavour, heat near the tip. For denser vapour, heat closer to the base of the cap.
  4. Wait for the click. You'll hear a clear, audible click when the chamber reaches vaping temperature. Stop heating immediately.
  5. Draw slowly and steadily. Take a long, gentle inhale through the titanium mouthpiece. The air gap and long-tail chamber cool the vapour as you draw, so there's no need to rush.
  6. Reheat for a second draw. Once the cap cools (you'll hear a second click), you can reheat for another round. Most bowls give 2-4 good draws before the herb is spent.
  7. Empty and clean. Tap out the spent herb and give the chamber a quick brush. The stainless steel CCD screen pops out for easy cleaning. A pipe cleaner through the stem once a week keeps airflow unrestricted.
