How to Grow Pineapple Express Seeds

1. Germinate your seeds using the paper towel method — place seeds between damp (not soaking) paper towels on a plate, cover with a second plate, and keep at 22–25°C. Taproots usually appear within 24–72 hours.
2. Transfer sprouted seeds taproot-down into small pots (0.5L) with light, airy soil or coco coir. Keep humidity high — a clear plastic cup over the seedling works as a cheap humidity dome.
3. Vegetate under 18/6 light for 3–5 weeks. Pineapple Express grows vigorously, so start LST early by gently bending the main stem sideways and securing it. This opens up lower bud sites to light.
4. Flip to 12/12 when plants reach roughly half your target final height. The Sativa genetics will stretch significantly during the first two weeks of flower — account for this.
5. During weeks 3–6 of flower, buds fatten and the fruity terpene profile starts developing. Maintain good airflow around the canopy and keep relative humidity below 50% to protect dense bud clusters.
6. Harvest at 8–10 weeks of flower. Check trichomes with a jeweller's loupe — mostly milky with a few amber heads gives the best balance of potency and flavour. Dry slowly at 18–20°C and 55–60% humidity for 10–14 days, then cure in glass jars for at least two weeks.
