White Haze Autoflower Cannabis Seeds

White Haze Autoflower is a feminised autoflowering cannabis seed from White Label Seeds that delivers the full Sativa Haze experience — spicy-sweet aroma, soaring cerebral effect — in a flowering period of roughly 55 days. That's about half the time a traditional Haze demands. The seeds are feminised, so every plant produces flowers, and the autoflowering genetics mean no light-schedule changes are needed. Available in 3-seed and 5-seed packs.

White Label Seeds Autoflowering Feminised 55-Day Flowering Sativa-Dominant 18+

Which Pack Size?

Pack Seeds SKU Best For
3-pack 3 feminised seeds CSWL0012 A single grow cycle or a test run
5-pack 5 feminised seeds CSWL0052 Better value per seed — enough for a full small tent

We'd go with the 5-pack. Autoflowers can't be cloned, so having a couple of extras means you're covered if germination isn't 100%. Three seeds is fine for a quick trial, but five gives you a proper canopy to work with.

Why White Haze Autoflower Seeds Deserve a Spot in Your Grow

Haze genetics are legendary for a reason. That soaring, cerebral, get-off-the-sofa-and-do-something effect is something no Indica-heavy hybrid can replicate. The problem? Classic Haze strains flower for 10 to 14 weeks — sometimes longer — and they stretch like mad, turning even a generous tent into a jungle. For indoor growers without a spare warehouse, that's a dealbreaker.

White Haze Autoflower solves both issues. The autoflowering trait, inherited from Cannabis ruderalis genetics, triggers flowering based on plant age rather than light cycle. You keep your lights on 18/6 or 20/4 from seedling to harvest — no need to flip to 12/12. The Sativa-dominant genetics still produce that classic upward stretch, but the autoflowering backbone keeps the overall height manageable. Expect plants that finish between 60 cm and 100 cm indoors, depending on pot size and light intensity.

The aroma is where White Haze Autoflower really earns its name. Crack a cured bud open and you get that unmistakable spicy-sweet Haze scent — a bit peppery, a bit floral, with an earthy undertone that fills the room. According to research published in the journal Phytochemistry, terpenes are among the most active compounds in cannabis alongside cannabinoids, contributing to both aroma and the so-called entourage effect (PMC8290527). The terpene profile here leans toward that classic Haze character: expect notes reminiscent of incense and sandalwood with a citrus edge.

White Haze Autoflower Growth Pattern and What to Expect

From seed to harvest, you're looking at roughly 75 to 85 days total. The first 20–30 days cover the vegetative phase, then flowering kicks in automatically around day 25–30 and runs for approximately 55 days. That's the full cycle — no clones, no mother plants, no light-schedule fiddling.

Indoors, White Haze Autoflower responds well to 18 hours of light and 6 hours of dark throughout the entire cycle. Some growers push to 20/4 for a bit more photosynthesis time, and research on light quality in Cannabis sativa confirms that light spectrum and duration significantly affect morphophysiological traits (PMC11479007). A good full-spectrum LED panel will get the best out of these plants.

Outdoors, the autoflowering genetics mean you're not locked into a single planting window. In northern Europe, you can start seeds from late April through to July and still harvest before autumn sets in. The plants stay compact enough for balcony grows, though they'll appreciate as much direct sunlight as they can get.

One honest limitation: autoflowers generally produce smaller yields per plant than their photoperiod counterparts. You're trading raw weight for speed and simplicity. If you're chasing maximum grams per square metre and don't mind a 12-week flower, a photoperiod White Haze will outproduce this auto version. But if you want two or even three harvests in the time it takes to run one photoperiod Haze cycle, the autoflower maths works out in your favour.

Effect, Flavour and Aroma of White Haze Autoflower

The effect is Sativa-dominant and cerebral. Expect an uplifting, energetic head effect that leans creative rather than couch-locked. This is a daytime strain — the kind you'd reach for before working on a project, cleaning the flat, or heading out for a walk. The Indica component is minimal, so physical heaviness stays in the background.

On the nose, White Haze Autoflower delivers spicy, peppery top notes with a sweet floral undertone. When smoked or vaporised, the flavour follows the aroma closely: spice first, then a smooth sweetness on the exhale. According to research on cannabis phytochemistry, combinatorial effects from multiple terpenes and cannabinoids can produce different outcomes than any single compound in isolation (PMC9119530). The varied terpene profile in Haze genetics is part of what gives this strain its distinctive, layered character.

A note on intensity: Haze strains are not subtle. If you're newer to Sativa-dominant varieties, start with a small amount and give it 10–15 minutes before deciding you want more. The cerebral intensity can catch people off guard, especially those accustomed to Indica-leaning hybrids.

How to Grow White Haze Autoflower Seeds

  1. Germination: Place seeds between two damp (not soaking) paper towels on a plate. Cover with a second plate to keep moisture in. Store somewhere warm — around 22–25 °C. Taproots usually appear within 24–72 hours.
  2. Planting: Once the taproot is 1–2 cm long, plant the seed 1 cm deep in a small pot (0.5 L) filled with light, airy soil or coco coir. Keep the medium moist, not waterlogged.
  3. Seedling stage (days 1–10): Keep humidity around 65–70% and temperature at 22–26 °C. Light at 18/6 from the start. Avoid overwatering — autoflower seedlings are small and don't drink much yet.
  4. Vegetative growth (days 10–30): Transplant to a final pot of 7–11 litres once the plant has 3–4 sets of true leaves. With autoflowers, transplant early or start in the final pot — they don't recover well from transplant stress mid-cycle. Begin light feeding with a grow nutrient at half strength.
  5. Flowering (days 25–80): Flowering starts automatically. Switch to a bloom nutrient when you see the first pistils. Keep the light schedule at 18/6 or 20/4 — no need to change. Watch for stretch during the first two weeks of flower; the Sativa genetics can add 50–100% height in this phase.
  6. Late flower and harvest (days 65–85): Flush with plain water for the final 7–10 days. Check trichomes with a jeweller's loupe — harvest when most trichomes are milky white with a few turning amber. Dry in a dark room at 18–20 °C and 55–60% humidity for 7–10 days, then cure in glass jars for at least two weeks.

A jeweller's loupe for checking trichome ripeness will also save you from harvesting too early or too late.
