First-time grower, no idea where to start: Buy Easy Bud Autoflower or Quick One. They finish in roughly 9 weeks from seed, stay under a metre tall, and forgive the rookie mistakes every new grower makes (overwatering, nutrient burn, bad timing). Not the highest THC in the catalogue — but you'll actually get a harvest, which beats a heroic strain that dies in week 4.

Want CBD, not THC: Get Solomatic CBD (up to 21% CBD, under 1% THC) or Tatanka Pure CBD. Painkiller XL for a balanced 1:1 ratio. These are the strongest CBD genetics in the RQS catalogue.

Easy Bud Autoflower and Quick One. Both finish in about 9 weeks from seed, stay under 60cm, and need no light schedule changes. If you want slightly more potency with the same easy grow, Royal Dwarf or Northern Light Autoflower are the next step up.
Feminised seeds produce only female plants (the ones that make buds) — that's what 95% of growers want. Regular seeds produce a roughly 50/50 male/female split and are only useful if you're breeding, pheno-hunting, or taking clones from a mother plant. Shop feminised unless you have a specific reason not to.
Autoflowers switch to flowering automatically after about 3–4 weeks regardless of light schedule — no need to change the timer. Photoperiod seeds need 12 hours of darkness to flower. Autos are faster and smaller; photoperiods yield more and hit harder but need light control.
