How the schedule works
WiseRootz builds this microdosing pack around a three day rhythm. On a dosing day you take 1 g of truffles together with one cacao drop. The next two days are off days. Then you start again. Twelve doses spread across that pattern cover roughly one month.

The amount is meant to stay sub-perceptual. The point is that you do not get high. If a dosing day feels visual, loud or hard to manage, the amount was simply too much for you.
Why cacao is part of it
Raw cacao contains natural MAO-inhibiting compounds. WiseRootz pairs the cacao drops with the truffles for that reason, as a way to support absorption and duration. That pairing is the manufacturer's positioning, and it is also what distinguishes this pack from the plain truffle microdose products (FP, SP and OP by Cibdol) that you will also find at Azarius.
Because of that same pairing, the medication caution below matters extra here. If you take an SSRI, an MAOI or any other prescribed medicine, speak with your doctor before you start.
The gemstone
The gemstone is included as a ritual object, nothing more. Keep it on your desk on dosing days, hold it while you write your journal entry, or leave it near the fridge as a reminder that today is day one again. No properties are claimed for it. It is there to give the habit a marker you can touch.
Storage
These are fresh truffles, so treat them as fresh produce. Keep them in the fridge and use them within a maximum of two months. Once a portion has been opened, use it within two days.

Keeping track

Write down a few lines on each dosing day and each off day: sleep, mood, focus, appetite, how the day went. After twelve doses you will have something concrete to look back on instead of an impression.
