Medical Seeds Collection 2 Cannabis Seeds

Medical Seeds Collection 2 is a feminised mix pack containing six cannabis seeds across three powerhouse strains — two 1024, two 2046, and two Jack La Mota. Each strain clocks in at 20% THC or higher, and all three can stretch to a towering 300cm outdoors. This isn't a sampler for casual growers; it's a curated trio of sativa-dominant genetics that demand attention and reward patience with energetic, uplifting effects.

Why This Medical Seeds Mix Pack Stands Out

Most mix packs throw together a random indica, a random sativa, and something autoflowering to cover all bases. Medical Seeds took a different approach with Collection 2. All three strains sit firmly on the sativa side of the spectrum, all push past 20% THC, and all share a preference for vertical growth that can hit 300cm if you let them run outdoors. The result is a pack with a clear identity: tall, potent, and cerebral.

The 1024 is named after the number of possible genetic combinations in its lineage — a cross that Medical Seeds developed for vigorous growth and a fast-acting, energetic effect. The 2046 builds on that foundation with even more height potential and a cerebral punch that experienced growers chase season after season. Jack La Mota, meanwhile, carries the unmistakable Jack Herer genetics that half the cannabis world fell in love with in the '90s — clear-headed, focused, and genuinely uplifting without the couch-lock.

Here's the honest bit: none of these three are beginner strains. They're sativa-dominant plants that grow tall, take longer to flower than your average indica, and need proper training or vertical space to reach their potential. If you've only grown autoflowers or compact indicas, you'll want to read up on topping and LST before popping these. But if you've got a grow or two under your belt and want to level up, this pack is a proper challenge with a proper payoff.

Running sativa-dominant strains indoors? You'll want a grow tent with enough vertical clearance — the Dark Box 240 gives you the headroom these plants demand. Pair with a quality carbon filter too, because three strains flowering at once means three different terpene profiles filling your space simultaneously.

Growing Medical Seeds Collection 2 Cannabis Seeds

These are photoperiod feminised seeds, so you control when flowering starts by switching your light cycle to 12/12. That's an advantage with sativa-dominant genetics — you can veg them shorter indoors and flip early to manage height, or let them stretch outdoors where 300cm is genuinely achievable.

One thing we'd flag: because you're running three different strains from the same pack, expect some variation in stretch, feeding preferences, and flowering times. The Jack La Mota in particular tends to be a hungry plant that drinks more than the other two. Keep your nutrient schedule flexible rather than treating all six plants identically. Label your pots from day one — you'll thank yourself when one strain needs more calcium and you can't remember which is which.

  1. Germinate seeds using the paper towel method or directly in a small pot of moist, light soil. Keep temperatures between 22-26°C for best germination rates.
  2. Transplant seedlings into their final containers once they've developed 3-4 sets of true leaves. These strains appreciate at least 15-litre pots indoors, or direct ground planting outdoors.
  3. Veg under 18/6 light. For indoor grows, consider topping or applying LST early — all three strains stretch significantly during the first weeks of flower.
  4. Switch to 12/12 when plants reach roughly one-third of your desired final height. Sativa-dominant genetics can double or triple in size during the flowering stretch.
  5. Monitor trichomes with a jeweller's loupe during late flower. Harvest when trichomes shift from clear to mostly milky with a few amber heads for that energetic, cerebral effect these strains are bred for.
  6. Dry in a dark, ventilated space at 18-21°C and 55-60% humidity for 7-14 days, then cure in glass jars for at least two weeks before sampling.
