Buddha Seeds Assorted Auto — Autoflowering Seeds Mix
The Assorted Auto is a mixed pack of 10 feminized autoflowering seeds from Buddha Seeds, combining four named strains with six unreleased genetics from their breeding programme. You get genuine variety — indica-heavy compacts, sweet hybrids, Northern Lights descendants — all on a single seed strip, all 100% feminized and autoflowering, all finishing between 50 and 85 days from seed.
Instead of buying four separate packs to try four strains, you get the lot in one go, plus six seeds that haven't been released commercially yet. That's the hook: known genetics mixed with experimental crosses that Buddha Seeds are still developing. You won't know which seed is which until the plants show their character — no labels, no colour coding, just 10 seeds on a strip.
What You Get: Four Known Autoflowering Seeds, Six Unknown
Each Assorted Auto pack contains exactly 10 seeds — four from Buddha Seeds' established catalogue and six from their unreleased breeding lines. Here's what we know about the named strains.
| Strain | Genetics | Key Trait | Approximate Grow Time |
|---|---|---|---|
| White Dwarf | Indica x Indica x Ruderalis | Double indica cross — compact, sturdy, dense buds | ~60 days |
| Red Dwarf | Autoflowering hybrid | Strong smell, solid bud structure | ~60 days |
| Deimos | Northern Lights lineage, 7 generations inbred | Fully stabilised auto with Northern Lights backbone | ~70 days |
| Syrup | Autoflowering hybrid | Sweet-tasting buds, fast finisher | ~60 days |
The remaining six seeds? Mystery genetics from Buddha Seeds' active breeding programme. These are experimental crosses that haven't hit the market yet. You might get something that ends up in their future catalogue — or something they ultimately shelve. That's the gamble, and honestly, it's half the fun.
Why This Autoflowering Seed Mix Works
We've sold a lot of seed packs over the years, and the question we get most from growers buying their second or third round is: "I want to try different strains without spending on 10 separate packs." This is the answer to that question.
The 50-to-85-day grow range across these autoflowering seeds means your plants won't all finish at the same time. That's actually a benefit, not a drawback. You get staggered harvests — some plants chopped and drying while others are still fattening up. For a small tent or balcony grow, that's far more manageable than 10 plants all hitting peak at once.
Buddha Seeds have been breeding autoflowering genetics since the early days of the ruderalis revolution. Their White Dwarf was one of the first commercially viable autos on the market. Deimos went through 7 generations of inbreeding to stabilise the Northern Lights autoflowering line — that's not a marketing number, that's actual breeding work. When they put mystery seeds in a pack, they're coming from that same programme, not random leftover stock.

The Honest Limitations
Here's what you need to weigh up before buying. The seeds come on a single strip with no labels. You won't know which seed is White Dwarf and which is an unreleased cross until you've grown them out and can compare growth patterns, leaf shape, smell, and flowering time. If you're the type who needs to know exactly what's in each pot from day one, this pack will frustrate you.
The mystery seeds are also just that — mystery. Buddha Seeds don't guarantee the six unnamed genetics will be anything specific. You might get six different experimental crosses or multiples of the same one. There's no spec sheet for unreleased breeding lines, so you're flying a bit blind on those. For some growers, that's exciting. For others who plan every square centimetre of canopy space, it's a headache.
If you'd rather know exactly what you're growing, pick up individual packs of Deimos or White Dwarf instead. Both are solid standalone autos with well-documented grow characteristics. But if variety and a bit of surprise appeal to you, this is the best value autoflowering seed mix in the Buddha Seeds range — 10 feminized seeds for the price you'd normally pay for 3-5 in a single-strain pack.
How to Grow These Autoflowering Seeds
- Germinate your seeds using the paper towel method or by placing them directly into moist soil or coco coir. Autoflowering seeds don't need a dark cycle to trigger germination — just moisture and warmth (20-25 degrees Celsius).
- Plant each germinated seed into its final pot. Autos don't like being transplanted — their short life cycle means any root stress costs you yield. Use 7-11 litre pots for a good balance between root space and manageable plant size.
- Run your lights on an 18/6 or 20/4 schedule from seedling through harvest. Autoflowering genetics don't need a light cycle change to flower — they'll start on their own around week 3-4.
- Feed lightly during the first two weeks, then switch to a mild vegetative nutrient schedule. Once flowers appear, transition to bloom nutrients. Autos are generally less hungry than photoperiod strains, so err on the side of less.
- Watch for the variation. With 10 different genetics in one grow, you'll see different growth rates, heights, and flowering times. The fastest finishers (around 50 days) will be ready while others are still bulking. Harvest each plant individually when the trichomes tell you it's time — milky white with a few amber heads for most growers' preference.
- Keep a grow journal. Since the seeds aren't labelled, noting down each plant's characteristics (height, leaf shape, smell, flowering speed, bud structure) is the only way to figure out what you've grown. Photograph each plant weekly.
Running a multi-strain grow in a small space? A grow tent keeps your light cycle locked in and your environment controlled. Pair this seed pack with a complete grow kit — tent, light, ventilation, the lot — and you've got everything sorted for all 10 plants. A basic pH meter is also worth grabbing if you don't already have one; different genetics can react differently to the same feed, and pH drift is the silent killer of mixed grows.
