Shipping information
We send all our packages with a 'track and trace' courier service, allowing your package to be tracked online.
Standard shipping
B2C Europe sends our packages through local couriers in your country (Hermes, La Poste, GLS, DPD etc.). After your package is shipped, you can track your order through a track-and-trace code.
For orders under € 25,00, we charge € 4,95.
Collect your parcel
You can also select our delivery method, 'Collect your parcel'. This service gives you the freedom and comfort to pick up your order at any time from one of our Click & Collect points.
This shipping method is only available in France, Netherlands and Spain.

Azarius ships from our Netherlands warehouse to every EU country. Delivery times range from 1–2 business days inside the Netherlands to 4–7 business days for outlying EU destinations. Orders over €25 ship free.

We offer free shipping on orders over €25 within the EU. For orders under €25, a flat shipping fee applies depending on your country.

All orders are shipped in plain, unbranded packaging. The sender name on the label does not reference Azarius or the contents of the package. Your privacy is our priority.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.
