Not satisfied with your purchase? You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return under EU consumer protection law. Products must be unopened and in their original packaging. Contact us to start a return.

Once agreed with our team, return the item in its original packaging within another 14 days.

We inspect your return upon arrival at our warehouse.

Refund
If approved, a refund is issued via store credit or your original payment method if possible.
What can be returned
Eligible for return
Unopened consumables, hardware in resaleable condition, accessories in their original packaging.
Not eligible
Opened consumables (seeds, truffles, herbs, edibles), hygiene-sensitive items, custom or special-order products.

Payments
Azarius does not take payment from your card until your item is dispatched. If you want to cancel an order before this happens, please contact us as soon as possible.
Replacements
If your item was damaged upon delivery, you must inform us within 7 calendar days of receipt with photos.
Faulty goods
If you receive a damaged item, please take photos right away. Package the goods safely and send back after arranging with customer service.
Shelf life
The shelf life of your product can be found on the packaging.

All items must be returned sealed, unopened, unused, and undamaged.
Return costs
Return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged.
