AI’s vision is of a world in which every person enjoys all of the human rights enshrined in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and other international human rights standards.

In pursuit of this vision, AI’s mission is to undertake research and action focused on preventing and ending grave abuses of the rights to physical and mental integrity, freedom of conscience and expression, and freedom from discrimination, within the context of its work to promote all human rights.

War Child

War Child helps children in area's affected by war and aims to contribute to a peaceful future. War Child focuses primarily on psycho-social aid, using creative therapy.

Through musical, creative and sporting activities, children can express their emotions, which helps them cope with their experiences in war time. These activities also help them gain respect and understanding for each other.

This way War Child aims to help this generation achieve and maintain peace in the future. War Child also educates locals ing giving creative workshops and trains other care workers and teachers.

R.O.S.E

R.O.S.E is an NGO in Kanda, northern India that works at grassroots level, appealing to the community to become active participants in developing a better life for themselves. Its goals are to improve the health, education and quality of life of the rural poor in this region while maintaining cultural integrity and ecological balance. This goal is realised through a programme which brings tourist volunteers to Kanda to live with the Verma family, experience local culture and assist financially and manually, in the rural development projects of R.O.S.E.

Erowid

Erowid is a member-supported organization providing access to reliable, non-judgmental information about psychoactive plants and chemicals and related issues.

We imagine a world where people treat psychoactives with respect and awareness; where people work together to collect and share knowledge in ways that strengthen their understanding of themselves and provide insight into the complex choices faced by individuals and societies alike. We believe that truth, accuracy, and integrity in publishing information about psychoactives will lead to healthier and more balanced choices, behaviors, and policies around all psychoactive medications, entheogens, herbs, and recreational drugs. Erowid's vision is to facilitate and create resources that are part of the evolution towards this goal.
