Boom Festival launches 'Boom Book'

Boom Festival launches 'Boom Book' The Boom festival in Portugal is a unique biannual event, presenting a culture that shows elements of Burning Man's counterculture and the best of Europe's psytrance culture. It's an independent cultural event, for it does not accept commercial sponsorships.

Recently the organizers of Boom published a book on the multicultural, multidisciplinary, transgenerational and ecological aspects of the festival, and the broader psychedelic counterculture it sprang forth from. With contributions by Erowid editor Jon Hanna, authors like Erik Davis and Graham Hancock, artists like Luke Brown and Alex Grey, as well as several anthropologists and musicians, the Boom Book doesn't leave a stone unturned.

If you're curious what the book looks like, flip through the pages of this preview.
