Dosage:
The first time I ever did salvia, we smoked it out of a hookah. At first nothing happened but litterally seconds later the hose slipped out of my hand I got this overwhelming calm feeling and everything became a huge spiral. There were lots of bright colors and I felt amazing, I could hear a womens voice telling me that all I need to do was climb and I could get out. Eventually I got out and my fiance told me that i was making motions with my arms and legs of climbing. I do have to add though that I didn't care for the rise in body temp. I was rather uncomfortable afterwards but the rest of the experience was pretty awsome. I would try do it again. The womens voice was interesting it kinda makes you wonder what other knowledge "that voice" has:)
